Own all aspects of material controls for FOS organization to include procurement of all parts and services, procurement of materials for FOS Team projects and routine efforts, management of field inventory procurement and sustainment, interface with suppliers, research parts/materials, support service contracts, interface with Sourcing and Procurement and Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of material controls for FOS organization to include:
  • procurement of all parts and services
  • procurement of materials for FOS Team projects and routine effort
  • management of field inventory procurement and sustainment
  • interface with suppliers
  • research parts/materials
  • support service contracts
  • interface with Sourcing and Procurement and Distribution Center

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency; proficient in MS Office, SAP desired
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills; able to comfortably convey technical and non-technical data/information to hourly and salaried Cast Members
  • Ability to effectively multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience succeeding and working with short timelines
  • High School/GED or some college

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work occasional 3rd shifts to support projects and initiatives
  • Takes initiative and solves the problem before it becomes an issue
  • Math and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of purchasing processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures

Required Education

  • High School/GED or some college
