The Retail Stage Manager will manage the Key Business Drivers for a high volume Complex of Retail Stores.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible to effectively manage revenue, labor, guest service, shrink control, safety, and personnel development.
  • In addition, execute Resort initiatives relating to merchandise logistics, visual standards, and merchandise initiatives.
  • The successful leader will manage a base of 400 hourly retail Cast Members.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience as retail manager in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and “Grad Nites” during extended operating hours
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong planning and organizational skills as it relates to the Key Business Indicators
  • Analyze, problem solve, and make appropriate decisions that realize effective results

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in a leadership role within Specialty Retail with responsibilities for:
  • Driving Revenue
  • Effective labor Management
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Cost Control
  • Inventory Shrink/Loss Prevention
  • High level Customer Service
  • Team Development
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes:
  • Business acumen, driving and delivering results, collaboration and integration, entrepreneurial mindset/ownership, heritage/legacy/brand knowledge and versatility

Required Education

  • High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent
