This is an hourly role will provide support for the Florida/Domestic Content Relations Promotions team as it relates to the execution of Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line Marketing initiatives. Programs include: Promotions with Broadcast Media as well as Non-Media partners, Special Events and Broadcast Events.

Majority of the Coordinator’s communication is with the Content Relations Director and Managers, as they are responsible for making sure their individual programs are successful. This position will also work closely with our Marketing Support Services, Broadcast Production and Marketing’s in house creative team Yellow Shoes.


  • Tracking partner contracts as well as all prize fulfillment on all partner programs
  • Logistic support during all major Press Events (Spring and Summer events) as well as station tours (Domestic markets and Regional) and Disney Cruise Line Events/Showcases
  • File management on all major program initiatives – (partner creative, pitch sheets, Roadmaps, ICPs)
  • Content creator for Digital liners on Mobile Module for all media broadcasts
  • Design partner presentations (How We Market) as well as program recaps for team
  • Track/Maintain department prize inventory (over 200+ tickets per program = 2000+ ticket distribution)
  • Thought partner for promotional opportunities, event stunts (e.g. Partner scavenger hunts, unique experiences and contests) as well as Broadcasts

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrate computer proficiency within a Window or Mac environment
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to think creatively and partner in solving issues
  • Proven working knowledge of internet and websites as well as Adobe and Photoshop
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and follow up
  • Demonstrate ability to share creative and new ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understand of Walt Disney World policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
