Job Summary:

Disney's Cruise Vacation Agents creates magic for our guest before they arrive for their Disney Cruise Line vacation. Cruise Vacation Agents assist guest by creating a personalized vacation experience. Cruise Vacation Agents manage cruise planning, using sales techniques and deploying guest service skills in a high volume inbound call center.

Disney's Cruise Vacation Agents will attend a paid mandatory training class (split between both on site and virtual) where you will participate in multiple performance assessments. Candidates must provide full availably beginning Oct 10 – Nov 12, 2022.

This position is a hybrid role, working in the Celebration, FL office and remotely from home based on operational needs.

The starting pay rate for this position is $15.75/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Book and confirm Cruise reservations by providing comprehensive information about the Disney Cruises
  • Engage with Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions and other information
  • Create and modify reservations
  • Assist Guest with managing their accounts, and providing appropriate solutions to concerns
  • Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
  • Develop relationships with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service to our Guests and Cast
  • Meet required departmental metric expectations including productivity goals
  • Maintain expected productivity including inbound reservations
  • Passion and knowledge of Disney Products
  • Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
  • Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Sales and service experience in a service-oriented or contact center environment
  • Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Operate a computer within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer application

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Disney, travel industry, cruise industry or related field
  • Sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections
  • Previous experience within call center environment
  • Bilingual
