Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to Sales Director with primary responsibility for the day-to-day sales operation and leading a team of Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Associates at multiple locations at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa as well as off-site locations.
  • Coach, train, and motivate the team and participate in the recruitment, selection, training and retention of the team.
  • Identify and implement best practices to share in team meetings, with emphasis on continuous improvement and consistency with Member and guest interactions, including presentations, processes and operations.
  • Implement goals and set the right expectations to inspire our Cast to achieve and exceed these goals.
  • Develop and maintain teamwork between all other DVC departments and DVC Resort Operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability and management experience
  • Proven experience in and strong understanding of the sales process
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels of management and staff
  • Demonstrated strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated high level of energy and flexibility
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule including evening, weekends, holidays and working at multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hawaii real estate license in good standing
  • Minimum two years direct sales experience
  • Demonstrated bilingual capabilities in both English and Japan

Required Education

  • High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
