The primary duties of a Central Advanced Sales Associate is to engage with guests, via phone or internet who are interested in learning more about Disney Vacation Club Membership opportunities. You will play an integral role in the Vacation Club Guides sales success as you gather and document guest information, provide basic Membership details, and connect the guest with a Guide via phone.

Responsibilities

The primary duties of a Central Advanced Sales Associate is to engage with guests, via phone or internet, who are interested in learning more about Disney Vacation Club Membership opportunities. You will play an integral role in the Vacation Club Guides’ sales success as you gather and document guest information, provide basic Membership details and connect the guest with a Guide via phone. This is an hourly plus commission professional sales position within the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) that actively prospects for sales leads.

  • Quickly engage, discover, and build rapport with guests via outbound and inbound phone calls or through internet chat
  • Gather and document interactions through our company system (Salesforce)
  • Manage guest contact tasks
  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Protect and adhere to company policies as it relates to Members and guests Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Adhere to the Federal and internal Do Not Call policies
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, Cast meetings, and team collaboration efforts

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 2+ years of prior sales experience over the phone or in the timeshare industry with a proven record of success
  • Highly self-motivated and independent with an inner competitiveness
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to organize, strategize, multi-task, and manage your time effectively to maximize your day
  • Meet and exceed minimum performance standards set forth by the Leadership Team
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer relation skills over the phone
  • Must be flexible with work schedule (including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center experience
  • Hold a valid, active, and in good standing Hawai’i Real Estate License
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Walt Disney Company policies and procedures

Required Education

  • High School degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
