This position will manage and lead the day-to-day operation for one of 4 Laundry Facilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage both Salaried and Line Cast Members in the daily production of Textile Services.
  • Focus on customer service and product quality.
  • Be knowledgeable of all equipment used in the daily operation.
  • Continually explore and learn new technology being developed in the laundry industry.
  • Provide a safe, creative, and positive work environment that fosters teamwork.
  • Provide Cast Member feedback and Cast Member involvement.
  • Provide Cast Member development opportunities.
  • Accountable for the Production Financial Goals and the tracking of these for the operation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Manage both Salaried and Line Cast Members in the daily production of Textile Services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Vietnamese.
  • Experience in working in a Union environment.
  • Experience with high technology equipment.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering

Preferred Education

  • Master's Degree
