This posting will identify candidates for current and future Guest Experience Manager – Food & Beverage opportunities in a AAA Four Diamond Walt Disney World Resort. Leaders are responsible for demonstrating a commitment to Cast Members and leading with a positive attitude while recognizing Cast Members and holding them accountable for delivering excellence in safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency. Leaders are also responsible for ensuring an environment where Guest and Cast safety is the first filter in operational decision making. The Guest Experience Manager will lead a Food & Beverage operation with an emphasis on orchestrating the operations while Guests are present, achieving financial objectives, and delivering exceptional food presentation and Guest Service to ensure 100% excellence.


  • Lead a fine dining food and beverage operation in a AAA Four Diamond Walt Disney World Resort with an emphasis on creating a world class luxury Disney dining destination for Guests
  • Guarantee exceptional food presentation and service
  • Monitor and manage staffing and schedules
  • Build relationships with key partners and adapt operations to ensure seamless Guest and Cast experiences
  • Actively observe working conditions ensuring Cast Members are adhering to safety standards and seek opportunities to continuously improve
  • Ensure operational compliance to WDP&R food preparation, food safety, and loss prevention standards as well as adherence to applicable government health regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant (Manager/Supervisor)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AAA Four and Five Diamond Standards
  • Demonstrated extensive wine and spirit knowledge
  • Ability to understand the impact of financial aspects of an operation (i.e. operating budget, revenue, labor, inventory systems, food cost, etc.)
  • Demonstrated operational Guest Service experience and Guest Service skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with conflict
  • Demonstrated passion for developing others
  • Proven strong partnering and networking skills
  • Demonstrated strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement
  • Adaptable to new technology and change
  • Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, variable shifts, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven 2 years of leadership experience in a AAA Four or Five Diamond Rated restaurant
  • Sommelier certified
  • Proven ability to lead in a unionized environment
  • Demonstrated multilingual skills, particularly Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese

Required Education

  • High School Degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
