Pool Attendant responsibilities include providing exceptional Guest Service while maintaining the show quality of the Disney experience.
Pool Attendant roles receive a starting rate of $10.10/hour.
Responsibilities:Pool Attendants will complete Aquatic Facility Operator licensing and daily responsibilities include maintenance of operation and function of pools & spas through operating equipment, general cleaning and working with pool chemical. Cast Members may also have the opportunity to work at various locations across the Walt Disney World Resort. Pool Attendant Cast Members are responsible for daily maintenance and ensuring the show quality of pools and spas on property. Pool attendants will work indoors and mostly outdoors, with pool chemicals, pool equipment and water features.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Working with chemicals
- Must be Receptive to heavy lifting
- Requires extensive walking and standing
- Must be receptive to work around loud equipment and comfortable working with large pool filters
- Ability to learn circulation systems, turnover rate, flow rate, water clarity, filtration
- Ability to swim is required
- This role is Part-Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of THREE (3) days per week, including nights and holidays.
Additional Information:SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
