5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of magical dining experience at our Quick & Table Service Restaurants across the theme park and resort hotels. From traditional Chinese cuisines to Character buffet dinning, our specialty restaurants provide the perfect setting for any occasion. Cast Members work in fast-paced environments to provide exceptional service to our Guests.

Responsibilities

Main duties include:
  • Assist Restaurant Manager(s) in managing the day-to-day operation of the hotel restaurants
  • Assist Restaurant Manager(s) to deliver up-dated information to the frontline staff and acts as the central hub of communication throughout the restaurant
  • Provide professional service to guests according to Disney standard and act as role model to team members
  • Work closely with counterparts in the restaurant to ensure smooth operation and effective communication
  • Lead and verify location opening & closing duties
  • Ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirements
  • Responsible for the time and attendance tracking with our time record system
  • Cash handling

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in quick/ table service restaurants with hotel experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with a strong sense of guest service
  • Basic PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift

Required Education

  • Form 5 graduate or above with formal F&B training

    SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company - typically 5 to 6 working days per week including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
