Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support for a wide range of systems and tools used across the sales organization, such as user permission management/review, administrative reporting, coordination on maintenance and updates, testing/configuration for new sales products
  • Maintain and update user manuals for key systems and tools
  • Provide solution overview and basic training to new joiners on systems and tools covered
  • Assist the development and documentation of detailed requirement for development of new systems/tools, or enhancement of existing systems/tools
  • Design, perform and coordinate appropriate testing for new systems/tools or new features being deployed on behalf of sales team
  • Coordinate the upload or update of our sales product information (product description, T&C) on Online Travel Agencies that we work closely with, in collaboration with key internal parties (such as Revenue Management team and sales teams), to ensure our sales products are correctly represented on these platforms

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Arts, Science or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Extensive knowledge on key business process within Sales & Distribution Marketing, plus strong business acumen
  • Good sense in IT system design and logic
  • Adequate knowledge of key operating and backend support systems (e.g. ATS, Opera, Business Objects), knowledge on Salesforce.com products is also an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
