Job Summary:Gameday Sports PhotoPass Photographers commemorate special sporting events by shooting right in the middle of the action! With exclusive access to areas on every playing surface at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, our photographers get the shots that casual spectators simply can't capture. To ensure our Guests receive the best photos possible, our photographers shoot teams and individual athletes who make a reservation in advance. Cast Members in this area are responsible for producing high quality photographs in an independent environment. They also must be able to proactively approach our Guests and inform Guests of the variety of services available through Disney's Photo Imaging. Disney Gameday Sports Photographers work primarily in outdoor locations and must carry photography equipment. Our Cast Members utilize the latest in digital photography technology to take high-quality Guest photos based on departmental guidelines. Photographers must be receptive to working in other work locations.
Disney Gameday Sports Cast Members receive a starting rate of $13.65/hour. Please bring portfolio and resume for in-person interview. May provide digital or hard copies.
Responsibilities:Disney’s PhotoPass Cast Members provide Guests with the opportunity to capture their experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort with high-quality photos taken with the latest in digital photography technology. Cast Members in this area are responsible for proactively approaching Guests to offer photo opportunities and informing Guests of the variety of services available through Disney's Photo Imaging. Disney’s PhotoPass Cast Members may have the opportunity to work at both indoors and outdoor locations and must have the ability to carry photography equipment during their entire shift. Responsibilities may include taking orders, fulfilling orders, general cleaning, stocking items and keeping inventory.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Previous photography experience, including proficient in both candid and action photography
- This role is Seasonal and requires extended availability for training.
- Once hired, Seasonal cast members will be required to provide a minimum of four weeks of initial availability. Availability could include the months of January, February, April, June, and August.
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous photography editing software experience
- Comfort with a digital camera, computer, and internet are preferred in this role
- Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Additional Information:SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all shifts..
