Our Overnight Bell help Cast Members welcome and work well with our Guests in a positive and friendly manner. They assist with luggage storage, retrieval, and transportation, as well as valet services. Cast Members will work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking up and delivering luggage between Disneyland Resort hotels for luggage transfers
  • Delivering luggage to rooms, continuous heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds), stair climbing (some resort areas), pulling and pushing luggage carts
  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and effective demeanor to Guests to maintain the show quality of the Disney experience
  • Constant interaction with Guests
  • Greeting resort Guests, answering various questions which may include information on the resort you work in or other DLR hotels, theme parks, restaurants both in Disneyland Resort and off property, on and off property driving directions, operating hours
  • Working outdoors in all types of weather, long periods of standing, walking, and running (sometimes long distances)
  • Assist arriving and departing Guests with their vehicles, including but not limited to, driving and parking all types of vehicles (manual transmission driving knowledge required)
  • Delivering items to Guest rooms, including but not limited to, newspapers, external items such as flowers and packages/boxes
  • Will need knowledge of entire property to answer guest questions

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and high degrees of humidity
  • Able to stand, walk and run for long periods of time in all weather conditions
  • Able to grasp and carry heavy luggage up to 75 pounds
  • Excellent communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Valet experience a plus


Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is an overnight position, start time will be as late as 11pm. End time will be as early as 7am.

Full availability is required for 2 weeks for training.

The pay rate for this role in California is $20.42 per hour, plus tips.
