Would you like to partake in a Disney Parade or Show but prefer not be center stage? Parade Support Crew assist the Entertainment Division at the Disneyland® Resort with backstage and on-stage support. We ensure the safety of our Cast and ensure Guests receive a quality and entertaining show.

Responsibilities:
- Perform safety inspection of Parade/Show vehicles before each show run
- Drive, tow, and escort Parade vehicles among guests and performers
- Provide onstage support by greeting guests, answering questions, and giving clear direction - often among moving vehicles
- Load and unload performers on floats by pushing and pulling large rolling ladders, climbing onto floats to fasten safety belts, etc.
- Direct traffic control in backstage areas
- Setup and strike props and various equipment for Shows and Parades throughout the Resort
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License with no moving violations on driving record within the past 12 months
- Ability to drive unique vehicles with limited visibility
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with guest interactions including answering questions
- Hold a dynamic and positive personality
- Receptive to special requests and working with various line-of-business partners
- Demonstrates self-direction and safety orientation
- Practice independent problem resolution skills
- Able to complete daily task list and stay on schedule
- Prepared to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including humidity, rain, wind, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Displayed passion for the Disney brand and culture
- Knowledge and experience working within the events or entertainment space
- Driving experience - ideally with larger vehicles or watercraft
- Full availability seven (7) days a week
- Bilingual

This role requires full availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday year-round. Full availability is required for individual holidays, special events, and all peak seasons (Spring Break, the week of Thanksgiving, and the weeks surrounding Christmas and New Year's).
Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM while some can end as late as 12:45 AM. Special events may include overnight shifts.
