Disney Cruise Line Airport & Resort Representative is located both at the Orlando International Airport and The Walt Disney World Resort. This role is responsible for identifying, greeting, and preparing Disney Cruise Line Guests and their luggage for transport and for providing an overall excellent start to their cruise vacation experience prior to boarding one of our Disney Cruise Line ships in Port Canaveral.

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.85 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • We deliver a seamless experience for all of our Guests to ensure the experience supports the Five Keys- Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions and other information
  • We build and manage relationships with Guests, Cast Members and Vendor partners to provide excellent service
  • We perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or handheld devices as well as maintain strong observation skills with high level of detail
  • Continuous walking & standing to direct guests for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in both indoor/outdoor settings during various weather conditions
  • We provide Guest Service and help find solutions when challenges arise, are confident speaking in front of large groups, and perform various tasks simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:

  • Required to have a valid Florida Drivers License
  • Crucial to have own transportation to drive to and from work locations
  • Needs to have availability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Requires full availability for training. Upon completion of training a work schedule will be assigned
  • Physical role requiring ability to lift luggage up to 50lbs
  • Part-Time requires three (3) full days of availability for any shift, including early mornings, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World product knowledge
  • Three (3) years or more Parks and Resorts and/or Disney Cruise Line experience
  • Proven track record working in a team-based environment
  • Proven ability to share creative and new insights
