The pay rate for this role in Florida is $9.98 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned side work responsibilities at the beginning, during, and end of each shift
- Demonstrate outstanding understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation when taking Guest food orders and serving food following premium level service standards
- Take Guest drink orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks following recipes (including specialty mixed drinks, draft, and bottled beer)
- Share knowledge of wines, spirits, and zero-proof beverages anticipating Guest needs
- Engage and, answer questions, give directions, entertainment, show event schedules, and other club information
- Receptive to working outdoors, at resident and club-hosted events, and other locations
- Receptive to performing/learning the skills of all Food & Beverage front-of-house roles including Barback, Server Assistant, Cocktail Server, Podium/Seater, Poolside Service, Resident Amenities, and Resident Events
- Uphold the Disney Service Guidelines at Golden Oak understanding that collaboration and teamwork are important parts of success
- Food and Beverage responsibilities include handling all types of food products including meat, pork, shellfish, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, and nut products
- Maintain professional, yet personalized relationships with Members and Guests; while maintaining guest confidentiality
- Proper and safe handling of chemicals and other cleaning supplies, following protocols outlined in location Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles) may be required
Basic Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license
- One (1) year of experience serving in fine dining restaurants
- Two (2) years of bartending experience
- Proven high-level Guest service skills and Guest engagement
- Experience and ability to work with bar/restaurant equipment and supplies including a blender, knives, brewers, soda guns, small dishwashers, three compartment sink washer setup, small trays, carafes, coffee pots, glassware
- Proficient in HACCP
- Recommend and promote sophisticated menu options and ingredients to Guests by matching their needs with the benefits of the service and products offered
- Excellent knowledge of food, beer, wine, liquor, and liqueurs
- Compliance with Food safety training and food handling responsibilities
- Part-Time roles require full availability a minimum of (3) THREE days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available on weekends, or one possible weekday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 1 Introductory Sommelier Certification
- Bilingual
- Understanding of all Summerhouse amenities and times of operation
- Understanding of the Golden Oak community and its attributes and guidelines
- Two (2) years of experience serving in fine dining restaurants and bartending experience
