We are looking for Heart of House Cast Members who are passionate about the behind-the-scenes magic, ensuring our Guests have the best experience within our many Merchandise locations. As a Sales Heart of House Cast Member on our Merchandise team, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating magical experiences for Guests and supporting fellow Cast Members. This position focuses on efficient inventory movement, stockroom organization, and replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor, all while upholding the highest standards of guest service and teamwork.At Walt Disney World, we are makers and doers! The pay rate for this role in Florida is $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Begin shifts typically between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on location hours
- Unload inventory from delivery trucks and transfer items to designated stock areas
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and reset displays as needed
- Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, bailers, and high-reach tools (training provided)
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing ladders, and repetitive motion
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and support multiple merchandise locations
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to various weather conditions
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Drive company vehicles
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Work Back of House. May transition to guest-facing merchandise responsibilities once the location opens
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong memory skills to follow verbal instructions
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to safely operate any company vehicle for transporting goods, as well as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the team.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 50lbs) , pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Availability: Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of (3) THREE days per week, including nights and holidays.
- Product Handling: Willingness to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or stockroom experience is a plus
